12-hour Night Shifts: 8 PM - 8:30 AM, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Job Description

The CT Technologist will operate computerized tomography equipment to produce high-quality images of designated portions of patients' bodies. This role is critical in supporting the Emergency Department volume of CT exams at a Level 2 trauma center, demonstrating proficiency in trauma, stroke, cardiovascular, procedural, and routine examinations for a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans on patients ranging from neonates to geriatrics.
• Ensure the highest quality images are produced for diagnostic purposes.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Siemens CT scanners to ensure optimal performance.
• Work collaboratively within the healthcare team to support patient care.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a sterile environment.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in CT imaging.
• ARRT certification in CT.
• Current AHA BLS certification.
