Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. The nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients, assisting with their rehabilitation needs while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care in a rehabilitation setting.
• Coordinate care and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
• Monitor patients’ progress and document outcomes.
• Administer medications and provide treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families on health management and recovery strategies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of Iowa.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of acute care experience required.
• BLS certification required.
• MUST have Iowa SING background check to clear, including criminal and child abuse portions.
• Mandatory reporter certification for child and adult protection.
• 10-panel drug screening required.
• Recent titers for MMR, Hep B, Varicella, and TB within last 12 months.
