Radiologic Technologist - Mammography

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Day shift 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:00) with weekend availability required. You will be expected to work every other Saturday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Radiologic Technologist specializing in Mammography. The ideal candidate will have experience in performing diagnostic mammograms and related radiological procedures. This position requires adherence to the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform 2D and 3D mammography procedures.
• Conduct needle localizations and stereotactic biopsies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the Epic charting system.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Radiology, with a focus on Mammography.
• BLS Certification.
• ARRT certification (Mammography Required).
• State licensure must be in hand.
• 40 hours initial mammography training and documentation of 200 mammograms in the last 24 months.
• 15 CEUs in mammography in the last 36 months.
• 8 hours of Digital Training and 8 hours of 3D Mammography Training.
