7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, 12-hour shifts with a weekend rotation of 1:4.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Neurosurgery Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join our Level I Trauma Center. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience scrubbing for neurosurgery procedures, with proficiency in Stryker instruments, Airo CT navigation, O-arm Navigation, and complex spine deformity cases. The CST must be competent in brain surgeries, including microvascular procedures and brain aneurysm repairs. Neuro call responsibilities will require availability for between 50-150 hours over an eight-week block.

Responsibilities

• Assist in various neurosurgery and trauma-related surgical procedures.
• Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and sterile fields.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in neuro call as required.

Required Experience / Certifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CST, specifically in neurosurgery.
• CST certification is required.
• Experience in Level I trauma settings is strongly preferred.
