Respiratory Therapist - ICU Experience Required

This is a 13-week contract position.

Shift: PM (18:30 – 07:00), 3 × 12 hr shifts, totaling 36 hrs/week.

Job Description

The Respiratory Therapist will be responsible for managing ventilators, administering breathing treatments, and responding to all codes and conditions. ICU experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Ventilator management and monitoring
• Administering respiratory treatments and therapies
• Responding to emergency codes and critical conditions
• Collaborating with healthcare teams in ICU settings

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current New York State Respiratory Therapy (NYS RRT) license required
• ICU experience strongly preferred
• NRP certification preferred but not required
