Schedule

Day shift: 5 days a week from 06:30 AM to 03:00 PM. On-call approximately 4-6 times within a 6-week timeframe, with weekend call included.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team in an acute care hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of surgical procedures and demonstrate a commitment to high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and monitoring patient progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Assist in various surgical procedures and ensure adherence to aseptic techniques.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using Meditech.
• Participate in patient education and provide support to patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in California.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience with the Epic charting system is preferred.
