8-hour Day Shift, 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours per week.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist to provide exceptional care to patients in a clinical setting. The ideal candidate will have outpatient experience, but new graduates are also encouraged to apply. This role includes the expectation of seeing approximately 12 to 14 patients per day, with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week. Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Implement therapy interventions to enhance patient mobility and functional independence.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Float to other clinics as needed to meet patient care demands.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Tennessee.
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to accept new graduates and first-time travelers.
