This position requires a shift from 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM.

Job Description

The CT Technologist will perform computed tomography (CT) imaging procedures for diagnostic purposes. The successful candidate will ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging studies and maintain high standards of imaging quality and technique.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans and ancillary procedures in accordance with established protocols.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
• Maintain equipment and perform routine quality assurance checks.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to discuss imaging results and patient care strategies.
• Document all procedures and maintain patient records in compliance with regulations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active CT certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• Current driver's license with picture identification.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred.
• Records of nursing-related competencies and exams.
• Documentation of tuberculosis test, hepatitis vaccine record, and influenza vaccine.
• Completion of Prime Core Competencies Exam and Skills Checklist.
• Fit Test, along with other health history documentation, as required.
