Physical Therapist - Inpatient Rehabilitation

This position requires a set schedule from Tuesday to Saturday, within the hours of 09:00 AM to 05:30 PM.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for our Inpatient Rehabilitation unit, who will be responsible for patient evaluations, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapy interventions. The ideal candidate will have inpatient rehabilitation experience and a strong understanding of various rehabilitation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and adjust therapeutic interventions based on patient progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatment progress.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of Physical Therapy experience.
• Active state PT license required at the time of submission.
• BLS certification is also required.
• Previous charge experience preferred.
• Experience in rehabilitation hospitals and/or LTAC settings is preferred.
