Schedule

Alternating hours of 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM and 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM. On-call required 1 night per week and 1 rotating weekend per month, with possible holiday coverage.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team. The role involves working in a fast-paced interventional lab setting, primarily focusing on neuro and vascular interventional radiology procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of interventional radiology procedures with minimal guidance.
• Assist in comprehensive stroke care, including treatment for strokes, aneurysms, and subarachnoid hemorrhages.
• Collaborate with a team of IR technologies and registered nurses to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Maintain and operate advanced imaging equipment effectively.
• Participate in on-call duties as scheduled.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 6 months of current acute care hospital IR Tech experience.
• ARRT RT (R) certification and BLS certification are required.
• Preferred experience in neuro interventional radiology procedures.
• Expert knowledge of vascular interventional radiology procedures is a plus.
