Job Description

The Burn ICU at a Nashville facility is currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join its team. This position is for a skilled RN who is equipped to handle critical care for patients within the ICU setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for patients in the Burn ICU, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards.
• Maintain a patient ratio of 2:1 for ICU patients and 4:1 for med/surg and pcu patients.
• Utilize specialized equipment such as ventilators and specialty beds.
• Document patient care utilizing the Meditech system.
• Participate in floating to different units as per hospital policy.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Prior med/surg experience is required.
• Experience in a Burn ICU or critical care setting is preferred.
