Shift: 07:45 AM - 04:45 PM, Monday through Friday. No weekends or holidays.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated healthcare professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess the required certifications and licensure, and be committed to providing exceptional patient care. Responsibilities will include maintaining high standards of practice, adhering to protocols, and ensuring continuous improvement in patient health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all clinical protocols and regulations
• Provide care and support to patients
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid Healthcare License/Certificate
• Successful completion of required health screenings and certifications, including:
  • COVID-19 Vaccine
  • Trinity Color Vision Test
  • Varicella Immunization
  • Hepatitis B Immunization
  • Physical/Health Statement
  • 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot)
  • Trinity Criminal Background Check
  • Trinity Education Verification
