Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Nurse to join our team in providing specialized care to patients recovering from severe injuries or illnesses. You will be responsible for delivering customized rehabilitation treatment plans and ongoing care tailored to the individual needs of patients, including those recovering from strokes, brain injuries, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injuries, amputations, and orthopedic injuries.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient health and progress during rehabilitation.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the rehabilitation team.
• Administer medications and manage treatment protocols as required.
• Support patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals and maximizing their quality of life.
• Educate patients and their families on recovery processes and health management.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN licensure in the state of Iowa.
• Experience in a rehabilitation or acute care setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation practices and patient care standards.
