Cardiac Cath Lab Technician

Schedule

6:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with the potential for weeknight and weekend call requirements.

Location

This position is open to candidates located outside of Arizona, as candidates must be eligible for assignments in locations other than Arizona facilities.

Job Description

The Cardiac Cath Lab Technician will be responsible for performing catheterization procedures and assisting with diagnostics and interventions in the Cath Lab. This role requires adherence to department guidelines and proficiency in case scrub skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support during cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Assist in patient care and preparation for procedures.
• Maintain equipment and ensure a sterile environment.
• Follow all departmental protocols and procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• A minimum of 24 months of Cardiac Cath Lab Technician experience, with recent experience in the last 12 months.
• Valid life support certifications from AHA, ARC, or ASHI.
• No hits on state license to practice.
• Candidate must provide a driver's license for verification of residency.
• Travel experience is highly preferred.
