Shift: 19:00 - 07:00. Weekend hours required every other week, as needed. Call requirements as needed.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Labor & Delivery. The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to work independently and possess the necessary experience and confidence to provide high-quality care to patients of all ages. You will be responsible for managing patient care during the labor and delivery process in a fast-paced environment, ensuring optimal outcomes for both the mother and child.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and support to expectant mothers during labor and delivery.
• Monitor patient health and respond to any changes in condition.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to create individualized care plans.
• Utilize EHR systems for documentation and patient management.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Registered Nurse license in Tennessee.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor & Delivery.
• Required certifications: ACLS, AWHONN, BLS, HWC, NRP, PALS.
• Must pass the Tennessee Abuse Registry check prior to assignment start.
