Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team at a 10-bed facility in Portage, IN. The technologist will perform CT and X-ray imaging with access to protocol books and will work collaboratively with the existing XR tech until 11 PM. The role will support various units while primarily focusing on the Emergency Department (ED) imaging needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging examinations including CT and X-ray scans.
• Maintain and adhere to imaging protocols and safety standards.
• Upload imaging results into the EMR system and maintain accurate patient records.
• Work independently from 11 PM to 7 AM while ensuring high-quality patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active AART (R)(CT) certification.
• Current BLS certification.
• 1-2 years of experience in CT and X-ray imaging.
• Proficiency with GE CT scanners, Philips X-ray equipment, and EMR systems (Cerner preferred).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
