Job Description

The Interventional Radiology Tech will work in a fast-paced department supporting vascular surgeons and interventional radiologists. The role involves utilizing advanced imaging technology and equipment in procedures, ensuring optimal patient care and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist in interventional radiology procedures using Philips and GE imaging systems.
• Prepare patients and equipment for various diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Maintain a sterile field during procedures and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with medical staff and provide quality patient care.
• Document procedures and patient information accurately within electronic health systems.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 1 year of experience in interventional radiology is required.
• Certifications: BLS, ARRT (R) preferred; IR/CV Certification is a plus.
• A valid state license in Washington is required.
