Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care, ensuring compliance with medical standards, and working collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver quality care to patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and administer medications as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatments.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and care plans.
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, including attending mandatory orientation and training.
• Work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of Florida.
• Previous nursing experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
