Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit

Schedule

12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing high-quality patient care and will demonstrate expertise in critical care nursing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and ongoing care needs.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in the Intensive Care Unit.
• Required: AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Preferred: CCRN and NIHSS certifications.
• Experience with Cerner documentation system.
