Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical Night Shift

Schedule

Night shift, 4x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:30). Options for 36 or 48 hours per week.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical/Surgical team during night shifts. The candidate will provide high-quality patient care, ensuring operational efficiency and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer medication and monitor patient responses.
• Provide comprehensive care for patients with diverse medical conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records utilizing the Epic charting system.
• Float to like units within the scope of practice as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Previous charge experience is a plus.
• Active RN license in the applicable state or Compact Nursing License.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Experience with common medical/surgical procedures and protocols.
