7:00 AM - 7:00 PM with 10 or 12-hour shifts available, including weekend call requirements.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled RN with advanced experience in complex total joint revisions and orthopedic trauma procedures. The ideal candidate is proficient in first scrubbing multi-vendor cases with minimal guidance and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume surgical environment.

Responsibilities

• First scrub complex total joint revision cases using multiple vendor systems including Stryker, DePuy, Smith & Nephew, and Zimmer.
• Operate with proficiency using the Makorobotic system and Hana table.
• First assist on polytrauma orthopedic cases with minimal supervision.
• Ensure adherence to high efficiency standards, including 30-minute room turnovers and supporting a 90% first case on-time start (FCOTS) rate.
• Collaborate with a tight-knit surgical team across five high-volume orthopedic ORs.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in good standing.
• At least 2 years of experience in orthopedic surgery, including trauma and total joint revisions.
• Strong working knowledge of multiple vendor systems and orthopedic instrumentation.
• Experience with Makorobotic-assisted surgery and Hana table positioning.
• Ability to adapt quickly in high-acuity, fast-turnaround OR settings.
• Weekend and extended shift availability required.
