Nights, 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM, with floating required.

Job Description

The Travel ICU Registered Nurse is responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit. This role includes managing ventilators, titratable drips, and ensuring patient hygiene. Nurses will also be expected to provide support in the Emergency Room and Med-Surg departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide total care for ICU patients, including ventilator management.
• Administer titratable drips and manage medication mixing.
• Assist in patient hygiene and overall patient care.
• Support in the Emergency Room when required.
• Engage in Med-Surg patient care, taking on full assignments as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory.
• Experience in Emergency Room and Med-Surg settings required.
• TNCC certification preferred.
• Experience with ventilators and titratable drips is preferred.
