Travel Registered Nurse - Operating Room (Gynecology and Genitourinary)

Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, with a weekend rotation of 1:4 weekends.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Travel Nurse specializing in Gynecology and Genitourinary procedures at a Level One Trauma Center. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in surgical nursing, exceptional patient care, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress environment. Competency in various surgical procedures, particularly involving Robotics and other advanced techniques, is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care for surgical patients across various procedures.
• Utilize advanced surgical equipment, including Da Vinci Xi robotics.
• Assist in surgeries such as PCNLs, Nephrectomies, Ureteral Reimplants, Hysterectomies, Cystectomies, Colpocleisis, Hysteroscopies, and Ureteroscopies.
• Support a diverse patient population from pediatrics to geriatrics.
• Participate in an on-call schedule as required, including trauma calls.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with Level 1 trauma experience preferred.
• RN Licensure required.
• CNOR certification preferred.
• Proof of Flu Vaccination required.
• Comfortable providing care in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
