Job Description

The Multi-Specialty Float Registered Nurse will work across five hospital locations, providing high-quality patient care in various specialties. Responsibilities include monitoring telemetry, administering medications, and supporting interdisciplinary teams in diverse settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to diverse patient populations.
• Float among five designated hospitals based on staffing needs.
• Monitor telemetry and assess patient conditions during shifts.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaboration with healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in the nursing specialty.
• Active RN license in New Jersey or compact state license.
• BLS certification required at the time of submission.
• ARDMS or RDCSEOW/EOH certification accepted.
• Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and capability to pass a Dysrhythmia Test.
