Registered Nurse - Inpatient Rehab (12-Hour Nights)

12-hour night shifts, with weekends scheduled as required.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation unit. The RN will provide comprehensive care for patients recovering from conditions such as CVA, TIA, MI, hip fractures, Parkinson's, and other chronic conditions. This unit offers a collaborative environment focused on rehabilitation and recovery with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:7.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the inpatient rehabilitation setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams during weekly meetings and huddles.
• Document patient care activities and monitor patient progress.
• Administer treatments and assist with rehabilitation goals.
• Support the daily activities of patients in a therapeutic environment.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license in the applicable state.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of Medical Surgical (MS) or Rehabilitation experience; prior rehab experience preferred.
• Must be comfortable working independently.
