Shift: 06:30 - 19:00, Every other weekend requirement.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing care to adult patients recovering from various rehabilitative conditions. This position emphasizes improving the functional ability and quality of life for each patient.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and manage patient care plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress and respond to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, therapists, and families.
• Facilitate rehabilitation activities and assist with therapy interventions.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Assure compliance with health and safety regulations including infection control policies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license in the state of Missouri.
• Current BLS (CPR) certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a rehab or similar setting.
• CRRN certification is preferred.
