Radiation Therapist

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Day shift: 5x8-hour schedule from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.

Job Description

The Radiation Therapist will work collaboratively with the clinical team to provide quality patient care, utilizing True Beams technology. The role involves evaluating patients and administering radiation therapy, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Administer radiation therapy to assigned patients.
• Collaborate with clinical teams for patient assessments and treatment planning.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Epic charting system.
• Ensure safety and compliance with radiation protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of Radiation Therapy experience.
• Must possess ARRT certification and BLS certification.
• Associate Degree from an accredited Radiation Therapy Technology Program required.
• Experience with EPIC charting system is required.
• COVID-19 vaccination is required; exemptions will be considered.
• Flu vaccination is required; exemptions will be considered.
