Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for an outpatient position. The therapist will evaluate all assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans in accordance with patients' needs, goals, and physician directives. Responsibilities include ensuring functional treatment programs, serving as an educator for patients, families, and colleagues, while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients.
• Utilize clinical reasoning to develop appropriate treatment plans and goals.
• Document medical records clearly and accurately in a timely manner.
• Ensure care is provided under valid physician orders and within insurance approvals.
• Participate in student programs, providing a positive learning environment.
• Engage in professional development and continuing education activities.
• Adhere to discipline-specific State Practice Act and maintain licensure.
• Contribute to performance improvement initiatives and action plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• 6 months to 1 year of outpatient clinical experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Active and applicable state licensure for Physical Therapy.
