Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CVOR Surgical Tech to join our surgical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scrubbing independently for open heart surgeries and assisting in vein harvesting. The position entails working in a dedicated CVOR room with a focus on primary cardiac cases such as CABG and valve replacements/repairs.

Responsibilities

• Scrub independently for open heart cases.
• Assist with vein harvesting using both endoscopic and open techniques.
• Support other service lines including Vascular and General Surgery.
• Adapt to various surgical specialties as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Significant experience in CVOR and additional service lines such as Vascular and General Surgery.
• Proficiency with standard CVOR equipment, including heart-lung machines and cell savers.
• Strong familiarity with common cardiac instrumentation and sterile setup.
