07:00 PM - 07:30 AM, Every Other Weekend (EOW), Every Other Holiday (EOH)

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in accordance with best practices and professional standards. This role involves collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Administer medication and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and document clinical findings.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to enhance patient care.
• Participate in patient assessments and care planning.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Mandatory Reporter training for adult and child protection.
• Completion of required health screenings and vaccinations (e.g., COVID-19, Influenza, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap).
• Trinity Code of Conduct Form and other compliance documentation.
