Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Orthopedic Outpatient Therapist to provide quality care to our patients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering effective therapy interventions and managing patient treatments in an outpatient setting. This role demands a strong focus on productivity and patient management, with expectations of maintaining a high number of patient visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy interventions for orthopedic patients.
• Manage patient treatment plans and evaluations.
• Maintain a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients per day.
• Adhere to established protocols and ensure quality patient care.
• Collaborate with the clinical team for optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Outpatient experience is preferred. This position is not open to new graduates or first-time travelers.
