Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our dynamic team in the Operating Room. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and skills to assist surgeons across various specialties, including Orthopedic Trauma, Spine, Neurology, Gynecology, General Surgery, Robotics, and Vascular Surgery.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures for Orthopedic Trauma, Neuro, GYN, Urology, General, Robotics, Vascular, Pediatric, ENT, Plastics, Podiatry, OMF, and Dental surgeries.
• Prepare and maintain the sterile field, ensuring compliance with safety and infection control policies.
• Collaborate with surgeons and surgical teams to ensure efficient and smooth operation workflows.
• Operate and manage surgical equipment, including Da Vinci, Mako, and Velys Robots.
• Document procedures accurately using the Cerner documentation system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CSTFA, CFA, RNFA).
• Demonstrated experience in an operating room setting with a focus on various surgical specialties.
• Strong commitment to patient care and experience requirements.
