This is a 16-week contract position.

Schedule

Day shift: 4x10-Hour schedule from 11:00 AM to 9:30 PM.

Job Description

The CT Technologist will be responsible for performing imaging procedures, operating CT scan equipment, ensuring high-quality images, and adhering to safety protocols. This role requires effective communication with patients to explain procedures and provide care throughout the imaging process.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans as per prescribed protocols
• Ensure proper imaging technique and quality assurance
• Maintain and operate CT equipment effectively
• Communicate with patients regarding procedures and any questions
• Adhere to safety and infection control standards

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CT Technologist
• ARRT (CT) certification required
• Valid Florida state license required
• Siemens equipment experience is mandatory
• BLS certification required
