Shift: Days, 0630-1700, Monday-Friday with a rotating day off. Call required.

Job Description

The Surgical Technologist will support surgical teams by providing assistance during operations. This role requires experience in various surgical specialties, making it vital to have a strong background in Orthopedics, General Surgery, Neurosurgery, Vascular, and Urology.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and management of surgical instruments and supplies.
• Support surgical teams in various procedures including orthopedics, general, neuro, vascular, and urology.
• Maintain a sterile environment throughout the surgical process.
• Participate in patient positioning, draping, and preparation.
• Monitor the patient's status during surgery and assist in emergency procedures as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of surgical technologist experience.
• Experience with Epic charting system required.
• Experience in Ortho, General, Neuro, Vascular, and Urology is essential.
• Preferred experience in Davinci Robots, endovascular, and ophthalmology procedures.
