Job Description

We are looking for qualified candidates to fill two positions in a contractor replacement role. This opportunity is designed for dedicated healthcare professionals eager to contribute to a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and positive patient outcomes.
• Document and report patient progress and changes in condition.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing care planning.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid licensure or certification relevant to the position.
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
