ER Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift

Schedule

Night Shift: 3x12 hours (7 PM - 7 AM), with every other weekend requirement and occasional holiday shifts.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical skills and be comfortable managing a diverse array of patient needs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department.
• Perform assessments, develop nursing diagnoses, and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
• Document patient care activities accurately in the Epic charting system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience.
• Current SC RN license or Compact license in hand before the start date.
• Certification in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NIHSS is required.
• Experience with Epic charting system is mandatory.
• Community hospital experience is required.
