7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 36 hours per week, with the possibility of one shift cancellation per week.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years of recent ED nursing experience, particularly in a Level I Trauma Center. Candidates should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and may be required to manage overflow inpatient holds in the ED.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in a Level I Trauma Center.
• Assess and triage patients in the Emergency Department.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and care quality.
• Manage patient care during overflow inpatient holds.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• A minimum of 24 months of ER experience with recent experience in the last 12 months.
• PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI.
• No hits on state license to practice.
• Travel experience is highly preferred.
