Shifts are available as 4x10 hour days or 4x12 hour days, with occasional weekends and overnight trauma call expected.

Job Description

An experienced RN is needed for a busy ENT/Pediatric/Plastic Surgery team. This position requires expertise in level 1 trauma, head and neck procedures, airway management, pediatric general surgery, oral and maxillofacial surgery (OMFS), and facial trauma. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and be comfortable precepting new tech students.

Responsibilities

• Assist in complex procedures including robotic ENT surgeries, cochlear implants, free flaps, DIEP flaps, facial and hand trauma surgeries, pediatric general cases, and thoracic surgeries.
• Maintain flexibility to adapt to changing procedures throughout the day to ensure smooth schedule flow.
• Collaborate effectively with the surgical team to assist in patient care and procedure management.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Preferred certification: CNOR.
