Day shift: 4x10 Hours (07:00 - 17:30)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Acute Care Occupational Therapist with acute care experience. This position is located in a Magnet Facility with a focus on adult rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans to enhance patient rehabilitation efforts.
• Provide therapeutic interventions for various conditions including but not limited to neurological disorders, orthopedic injuries, and functional mobility.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and recovery strategies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of acute care experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid NBCOT certification.
• Active Alaska Occupational Therapist license (pending license accepted).
