Physical Therapist (Inpatient)

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (negotiable) with one weekend per month required.

Job Description

The Physical Therapist will provide inpatient therapy services, conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapy interventions to optimize patient recovery. The successful candidate must possess prior inpatient experience to ensure high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Implement and modify treatment interventions as necessary.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of prior inpatient experience required.
• Current South Carolina or Multi State Compact Physical Therapist License at the start of the contract.
• BLS certification required.
