Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Travel RN specializing in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The selected candidate will demonstrate proficiency in the CVOR environment and provide exceptional patient care during surgical procedures. This role requires a commitment to patient advocacy and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the operating room during cardiovascular procedures.
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the surgical field.
• Educate patients and families regarding post-operative care and recovery.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of Florida.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent CVOR nursing experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and effectively manage stress.
