Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and managing various duties in accordance with established protocols.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Conduct assessments and develop care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide optimal care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Provide health education and support to patients and families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Completion of Prime CA Sexual Harassment Prevention Training.
• Basic Pharmacology and Rhythm Interpretation screening completion.
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination and other immunizations as required.
• Successful completion of a 10-panel drug screening.
• Criminal background check clearance.
