Job Description

We are seeking an experienced RN Charge Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills along with a commitment to providing high-quality care to patients in the labor and delivery unit.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing staff in the Labor and Delivery department.
• Manage patient care and ensure compliance with medical protocols.
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff during shifts.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to facilitate patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have previous experience in Labor and Delivery.
• Charge nurse experience is preferred.
• Current RN license required.
• Completion of various health screenings and immunizations as mandated for on-boarding.
