Registered Nurse (RN) - Contract Position

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shift varies between 06:00 AM - 06:30 PM, with possibilities of 06:30 AM - 07:00 PM or 07:00 AM - 07:30 PM. This position also requires being on call every 4th weekend and includes a holiday rotation every 4th holiday.

Job Description

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide high-quality patient care while adhering to established medical protocols. You will work collaboratively with healthcare teams to assess patient needs, develop care plans, and implement appropriate interventions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and analyze patient data.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and assist with daily living activities.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness practices.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• Current certifications as required by the state, including CPR.
• Previous nursing experience preferred, especially in clinical settings.
