Job Description

The Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist will be responsible for preparing and operating imaging equipment for cardiac catheterization procedures. The technologist will work closely with a dedicated team in the Cardiac Cath Lab, which consists of 3 rooms and 11 staff members. The ideal candidate should possess strong interventional experience and be willing to educate and mentor younger staff members.

Responsibilities

• Perform cardiac imaging and assist in interventional procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to provide quality patient care.
• Maintain and operate advanced imaging equipment, including Philips and Siemens systems.
• Educate junior staff on best practices and safety protocols in the lab.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• ARRT Certified
• BLS and ACLS Certification
• RCIS Certification
• Experience with interventional procedures (required)
• EP and Neuro experience (preferred)
