Job Description

We are seeking an experienced House Supervisor for a night shift position. As a House Supervisor, you will oversee the nursing staff, ensure patient care objectives are met, and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and daily operations during night shifts.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate patient care and facilitate communication among departments.
• Monitor patient progress and intervene as necessary.
• Provide leadership and support to nursing teams.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active California RN license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required; NRP preferred
• Proof of negative TB screening within 12 months of contract starting date
