Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Inpatient Rehab team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our patients within a collaborative and supportive environment. You will play a vital role in patient recovery through effective treatment and daily care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and perform medical procedures as required.
• Facilitate patient transfers and ensure comfort and safety.
• Monitor vital signs and maintain accurate patient records.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Engage in hourly rounding and maintain excellent communication with patients and families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN licensure in the state.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience with EMR systems, specifically Meditech is preferred.
• Transfer training experience is a must.
• Rehab experience is preferred.
