Job Description

The Physical Therapist organizes and conducts medically prescribed physical therapy to address impairments and functional limitations, aiming to improve the patient's quality of life following injury or disease. The therapy assessment and treatment will consider the patient's gender, age, cultural differences, and educational needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions to enhance patients' functional mobility and overall well-being.
• Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on therapy exercises and home care strategies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Completed a professional course of education accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Current licensure to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Montana.
• BLS certification required.
• Amiable personality and the ability to maintain an empathetic and understanding attitude towards patients.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen.
