Weekend Nurse - LPN/RN - 24 Hour Doubles

Schedule

This position operates on a weekend schedule, with shifts from 18:30 to 07:00, spanning Saturday and Sunday. This role will require rotating among different homes within the same campus.

Job Description

The Weekend Nurse will provide essential nursing care within a home setting, ensuring the well-being and comfort of residents. This role involves a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care in a home environment.
• Administer medications and medical treatments as required.
• Monitor and record patients' vital signs and health status.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create a holistic care plan.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid LPN or RN license required.
• Completion of 5 consecutive days of daylight orientation prior to beginning shifts.
