Full Time LPN/RN - 3rd Shift

This position is a full-time role on the 3rd shift, from 22:30 to 07:00, with no weekend requirements.

Job Description

As an LPN or RN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing care within a campus setting. This role involves rotating between different homes within the campus, offering the opportunity to work with diverse patient needs. A crucial requirement is completing 5 consecutive days of daylight orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with established healthcare plans.
• Monitor patient health and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient information and care provided accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• A current and valid LPN or RN license.
• Prior experience in a nursing role is preferred.
